Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ibayar ("ibayar", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atibayar.cam ("Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ibayar Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the ibayar Platform, including but not limited to registered players, guests browsing the Platform, and any individual interacting with ibayar's services. These Terms should be read in conjunction with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the ibayar Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of all funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and credited bonuses separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by ibayar subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Eligible Player" means a natural person aged 21 years or over who resides in a jurisdiction where access to the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law and who has completed the ibayar registration and KYC verification process.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which ibayar verifies a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of all ibayar player accounts.
• "Platform" means the ibayar website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated gaming and betting services available at ibayar.cam.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to or use of the ibayar Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or any associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the ibayar Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following criteria:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years of age or older. Corporate entities, partnerships, or other non-natural persons may not register an Account.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law, and you take full personal responsibility for determining the legality of such access.
3. You are not a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction as notified by ibayar from time to time.
4. You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
5. You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the ibayar Platform for any reason, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement.
6. You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
7. You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ibayar or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or service providers.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and preferred login credentials.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point of use on the Platform is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are obligated to notify ibayar promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.

4.2 KYC Verification Requirements

ibayar operates a mandatory KYC verification programme as part of its international licensing obligations and responsible gambling commitments. Before any withdrawal of funds can be processed, and at ibayar's discretion at any earlier stage, you may be required to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian NRIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of current residential address dated within three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Evidence of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account registered in your name, or bank statement);
• Any additional documentation that ibayar reasonably determines to be necessary for AML compliance purposes.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the ibayar Platform. If ibayar detects or reasonably suspects that a Player holds multiple Accounts, ibayar reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the duplicate Accounts. Bonus Funds earned across duplicate Accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

Account Use & Security

5.1 Personal Use Only

Your ibayar Account is strictly personal and may only be used by you. You may not allow any third party to access, use, or operate your Account for any purpose whatsoever. Any winings, credits, or prizes generated through Account activity shall accrue exclusively to the registered Account holder.

5.2 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. ibayar will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ibayar immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

5.3 Account Inactivity

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ibayar reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to RM10 per calendar month to dormant Accounts with a positive Balance, following written notification to the Player's registered email address. ibayar will not apply inactivity fees in excess of the Account Balance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ibayar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits published on the Platform:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (QR and bank transfer)
• FPX Online Banking
• Direct bank transfer: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards (subject to issuer approval)
• Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency — Gold VIP tier and above

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM50. ibayar does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits. Deposits made via cryptocurrency are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation, subject to a conversion spread.

ibayar reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in the Account holder's name, or if the deposit triggers an AML flag requiring further investigation.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Players must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.

ibayar targets the following standard withdrawal processing times, measured from the point at which the withdrawal request is approved by our payments team:

• DuitNow and FPX: typically within 2–6 hours on business days;
• E-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 2–12 hours;
• Direct bank transfer: typically 1–3 business days;
• Cryptocurrency: typically 24–48 hours, subject to network confirmation times.

These timelines are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to KYC review requirements, payment processor constraints, or compliance-related holds.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ibayar Platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections before confirming a bet. ibayar will not void or reverse a bet on the basis of a Player's claimed error unless there is clear evidence of a technical malfunction attributable to ibayar's systems.

7.2 Sports Betting

ibayar's sportsbook covers a comprehensive range of sporting events including, but not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC and MA, Formula 1, and other major international competitions. Bet types include match winner, Asian Handicap, Over/Under (Totals), correct score, first goalscorer, accumulators (parlays), and in-play (live) markets.

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet slip has been confirmed and a Bet ID generated, the agreed odds are locked and will not be adjusted except in the case of evident pricing errors, as detailed in Clause 7.4.

7.3 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino games, including slots and live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), are powered by certified third-party game studios operating under independent licences. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. ibayar does not manipulate, adjust, or interfere with game outcomes in any manner.

7.4 Voided Bets & Obvious Errors

ibayar reserves the right to void any bet where the agreed odds reflected a manifest error — including, but not limited to, typographical errors, data feed errors, or prices posted significantly out of line with prevailing market rates. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. ibayar will not profit from its own errors.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

ibayar offers a range of promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, loyalty programme rewards, and referal bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to the general terms set out in this clause.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before the Bonus Funds, and any winings derived from them, may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money funds or Bonus Funds on eligible games as designated in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages by game category will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

ibayar reserves the right to withold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a win, or any other manipulation of bonus mechanics not consistent with genuine play.

8.4 Loyalty Programme

ibayar operates a tiered loyalty programme with Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. Tier classification is based on cumulative MYR deposits over rolling 90-day periods. Tier benefits, including cashback rates, reload bonuses, and personal account manager access, are as published on the Platform and subject to change with14 days' advance notice to affected players.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibayar Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances (both real-money and Bonus Funds), and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without authorisation;
• Collusion — cooperating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Match fixing and exploitation — placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or deliberately exploiting a known pricing error after becoming aware of it;
• Automated betting systems — using bots, scripts, algorithmic tools, artificial intelligence, or any form of automated betting system not expressly authorised by ibayar;
• Money laundering — using the ibayar Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their illegal origin facilitating financial crime;
• Account sharing or transfer — operating an Account on behalf of a third party, or transfering an Account or balance to another individual;
• Underage gambling — registering or permitting access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

Responsible Gambling

ibayar is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented a comprehensive suite of tools to support healthy play.

Players may at any time access the following responsible gambling tools through their Account settings, or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spend;
• Loss Limits — Define maximum acceptable losses over a given period;
• Session Time Limits — Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Cool-Down Period — Temporarily suspend Account activity for a defined short-term period (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion — Request a longer-term exclusion of six months or more, during which access to the Account will be suspended and marketing communications will cease.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ibayar Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layouts, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of ibayar or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of ibayar.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ibayar regarding the Platform may be used by ibayar without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibayar, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ibayar Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, ibayar shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ibayar's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from delayed or failed payments by third-party payment processors;
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any gambling losses sustained in the ordinary course of play, which are inherent in the nature of gambling and accepted by you on registration.

ibayar's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to ibayar's customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request and completion of any pending KYC or compliance checks, ibayar will process a final withdrawal of your verified real-money Balance to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Suspension and Termination by ibayar

ibayar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected;
• The Account has been used for money laundering or other financial crime;
• The Account is found to be a duplicate of an existing Account;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• ibayar is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction;
• ibayar ceases operations in a particular market.

Where an Account is closed by ibayar and no violation of these Terms has been established, ibayar will return any verified real-money Balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ibayar holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to ibayar's customer support team for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ibayar's internal complaints procedure within 28 days of the dispute being submitted in writing to ibayar, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out by ibayar's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests pending resolution of a dispute.

Amendments to These Terms

ibayar reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed change is material and would adversely affect Player rights, ibayar will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to the registered Player's email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. All amendments will be reflected in an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ibayar Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you should close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.
